Though still involved with the Africa Renewal University, Jeff has stepped down from day-to-day operations and now lives with his family in Atlanta. Jeff Atherstone was the founding Vice Chancellor and President of Africa Renewal University in Buloba, Uganda, from 2006-2015. Under his leadership, ARU grew from a start-up Bible institute to an accredited Christian University on a 23-acre campus with 12 Bachelors degree programs. Today Jeff serves as the Director of Donor Ministries for The Gospel Coalition.
