Scott Erwin is the Founder & CEO of HireHand. Previously, Scott was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he specialized in labor optimization. Scott has a PhD in Theology from Oxford, where he studied on a Rhodes Scholarship and published "The Theological Vision of Reinhold Niebuhr's ‘The Irony of American History.’" Scott previously worked at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York and the US Department of Defense in Iraq.
