Christy Singleton coaches and consults through her venture, Leadership Sanity, specializing in leadership development, transitions, nonprofit governance, and elevating team performance. Prior to consulting, Christy spent two decades in leadership at Mercy Multiplied, where she helped the organization transition from a founder-driven culture into a scalable venture led by an empowered team. Christy serves on several nonprofit boards including Unshattered, the Charis Foundation, and Mercy Multiplied. Christy lives in Nashville, TN, with husband, Steve, and has three adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching indoor cycling and walking her perfect Labradoodles.
