Federico Fiallos is the COO at Semilla Nueva, bringing 20+ years of experience to the role. He has found his greatest professional fulfillment and joy at Semilla Nueva as a result of a deep connection to the purpose and cause of helping Guatemalan farmers and their families have better lives through biofortified maize. Federico moved from Honduras to Guatemala with his wife and two youngest children and are greatly enjoying the new experience.
