Joe transitioned out of leadership at uGive, following its acquisition by the Muhammed Ali Center. He is now the President and CEO at Findlay Market.Joe Hansbauer is the Executive Director of UGIVE.ORG, a non-profit organization he helped launch that connects students to service activities. Prior to working at UGIVE.ORG, Joe graduated from the University of Cincinnati with an Electrical Engineering degree and worked for 9 years as an IT Consultant at Accenture. During this time, along with others, he helped to create and grow Give Back Cincinnati. A serial social entrepreneur, Joe has helped grow or launch several initiates, such as Fall Feast, Paint the Town, Fuel, Lily Pad and Give Back Beyond. Joe Lives in Newport, KY with his wife Melanie and three children.
