Mark Clookie has more than 37 years of law enforcement experience. Mark started his career as a local law enforcement officer, then became a Special Agent of the US Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). During his 31-year NCIS career, Mark served in positions around the world and was appointed as the Director of NCIS. After leaving federal service, Mark joined International Justice Mission as the Vice President for Investigations and Law Enforcement Development.
