We love films at Lot 3 Productions, so we create them. We also get the grind of independent filmmaking, so we help others get their projects made and seen. At Lot 3, we believe storytelling has a global and generational impact, and that the whole process is a team sport. We aim to maximize and steward both.How do we do that? Create: We produce independent films in-house from start to finish.Collaborate: We co-produce projects with other filmmakers and production companies.Consult: Sometimes creatives simply need industry advice as they're navigating production, so we offer that kind of support as well. The name:The Lot 3 Founder grew up on a farm that backed up to a beautiful 950-acre lake. She used to walk the property and dream of making films. Her best ideas (many of which have since come into fruition) came to mind while sitting at a specific spot by the lake. During the '06 recession, her dad divided the farm into lots to sell, and the most inspiring place was given the name 'Lot 3.' Thus, Lot 3 Productions was created -- a company dedicated to bringing the best film ideas to life, and helping other creatives do the same.
